Clip talking-head / 口播 / interview / lecture videos: Whisper transcription (zh) → auto remove fillers & compress pauses/retakes → an interactive karaoke-subtitle editor (preview + manual cut/compress/subtitle editing) → burn subtitles and export. Use this skill when the user says things like "剪辑口播视频", "视频去口癖", "talking head edit", "口播稿剪辑", or wants a short-form (9:16) trimmed talking-video with subtitles. The skill ALWAYS launches the interactive editor so the user can verify and hand-edit before rendering.
