About this Skill
通过腾讯 iLink Bot API（微信 ClawBot 插件）向个人微信主动发送消息。用户说"给微信发消息/发微信/主动发消息到微信/微信推送"或需要定时推送微信提醒时使用。复用 WorkBuddy 已配对的微信 ClawBot 通道（ilinkai.weixin.qq.com），无需扫码即可发送；发送失败（errcode=-14）时引导重新扫码配对。注意：个人微信无官方开放 API，此通道依赖微信 ClawBot 插件（我-设置-插件-微信ClawBot）扫码配对，且 bot 需保持在线。
