Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using 1routers, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

1routers provides account, API, and routing tools that connect supported clients to selected artificial-intelligence models and upstream providers. Available models, routes, prices, limits, latency, and features can change over time.

Third-party models and services are not controlled by 1routers. Their terms, acceptable-use rules, regional restrictions, and privacy practices can apply in addition to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password, social sign-in access, session tokens, and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials under your control and must promptly reset or report credentials that may have been exposed.

You may not sell, transfer, share broadly, or use an account to bypass access restrictions. We may require verification before assisting with account recovery, deletion, or changes to sensitive information.

You retain any rights you have in prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant 1routers a limited right to transmit and process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You are responsible for having permission to submit content and for reviewing model output before using it. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, insecure, or non-unique. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact matters.

You must use 1routers lawfully and in accordance with the rules of each applicable model provider. You may not use the service to harm people, compromise systems, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade provider safeguards, or interfere with the service.

Usage can be measured by tokens, requests, images, routes, or other units shown by the service. Prices, exchange-rate displays, promotional balances, and route multipliers may change. The price and balance shown by the service at the applicable time govern unless required otherwise by law.

When you purchase credits or use payment features, you must provide valid payment information and pay applicable charges and taxes. Refund, expiration, and withdrawal rights are handled according to the terms displayed at purchase and mandatory consumer law. You should not rely on a displayed estimate as a guaranteed final cost.

We work to keep 1routers available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Upstream outages, provider policy changes, maintenance, security incidents, network conditions, or force majeure events can delay, limit, reroute, or prevent requests.

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, models, routes, limits, and compatibility. When practical, we will provide notice of changes that materially reduce an active paid service.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, unpaid charges, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or a material breach of these terms.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or results. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1routers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or harm caused by third-party models or services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid to 1routers for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

We may update these terms as the service and legal requirements evolve. The revised terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. If a material change requires consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice or request consent.

These terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. Before starting formal proceedings, you and 1routers should try in good faith to resolve a dispute through the contact channel below, unless urgent relief or applicable law permits otherwise.
