SHA256 integrity + path-traversal checks + workspace-root confinement. Auto-cleanup 7d/30d. **v0.8.0: Added workspace_cleaner — scheduled temp-file cleanup with auto-backup before deletion.** **v0.7.0: allowed_roots defaults to workspace root (restores confined); manifest paths are HMAC-encrypted.**
