About this Skill
录音转文字、语音转文字与视频字幕生成。将会议、访谈、课程的 m4a/mp3/wav/mp4 等本地文件转成带时间戳的 TXT/Markdown 文字稿和 SRT/VTT 字幕。本地普通转写无需云端 API Key，首次需安装依赖并准备 Whisper 模型；支持先试转、术语提示，区分说话人需额外配置。用于音视频转写，不用于已有文字稿润色或直接编写会议纪要。
