在两台(或多台)电脑之间人工交接 WorkBuddy 工作台。离开 A 机时一键打包出可拷贝的转移包(含工作区、产物、记忆、MCP/凭证/技能配置);到 B 机时一键部署把转移包还原到位。适用于两地双机频繁往来、不想配置云盘或便携 SSD 同步的用户。触发词:换机交接、打包带走 WorkBuddy、部署到另一台电脑、机器A/机器B 同步、拷贝来拷贝去、随身带走工作台、搬迁 WorkBuddy 数据。
