网页内容变更监控工具。当用户需要监控一个或多个网页内容是否发生变化时使用。支持：(1) 添加/删除监控目标 URL，(2) 检查页面内容与上次保存快照的差异，(3) 通过关键词或正则过滤不关心的变更内容，(4) 查看监控目标列表和状态。触发场景：监控网页变化、检查页面更新、对比网页内容差异、网页变更提醒等。
